GOOD FOR COMMUNITY: Harbor Brenn Insurance Agencies

As a second-generation independent insurance agency, Harbor Brenn knows a lot about how a business can change over time. They know that transitions provide opportunities for growth and that change doesn’t happen overnight.

One of the ways Harbor Brenn has implemented positive change in the community is by downsizing their advertising budget. Using the freed resources, they invested in volunteer efforts and community reengagement. The result was a boost in employee morale, a stronger bond and reputation with their community, and an increase in referral business.

In addition to providing accurate and meaningful protection for their clients, they lead initiatives for food security, local economic development, housing, and more. By supporting more than one initiative, they see their investments going farther and making a bigger impact.
